About the Grosse Ile Civic Association

Established in 2010, the Grosse Ile Civic Association (GICA) is a 501(c)(4) non-profit community organization dedicated to educating citizens about local government and community affairs while encouraging civic engagement. 

The GICA strives to help well-informed citizens to interact with local government and stakeholder organizations for the purpose of maintaining Grosse Ile as a great community in which to live, work and visit.
